Quality Chains Inc. is a B2B gold chain manufacturer based in Mississauga, Ontario, serving jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers across Canada and the United States.
Established in 2021, Quality Chains brings generations of jewellery knowledge together with modern gold chain manufacturing technology. At our Mississauga facility, we manufacture 10K, 14K, 18K and 22K gold chains using specialized Italian machinery, with production, finishing, testing and quality control managed in-house.

From Generations of Jewellery Experience to Manufacturing in Canada
Quality Chains was built on generations of hands-on experience in the gold and jewellery industry.
The experience behind the company spans jewellery retail, gold refining, traditional gold jewellery manufacturing and hands-on craftsmanship. Over the years, that experience provided a close understanding of both the manufacturing process and the needs of jewellery businesses.
One challenge became increasingly clear: many Canadian jewellery businesses depend on overseas suppliers for their gold chains.
Quality Chains was established to provide another option.
In 2021, we invested in establishing a dedicated gold chain manufacturing facility in Mississauga, Ontario, bringing specialized Italian chain-manufacturing machinery and experienced jewellery knowledge together under one roof.
Our goal is straightforward: manufacture quality gold chains in Canada and provide jewellery businesses with direct access to a local manufacturer.

3mm, 4mm and 5mm, including solid and hollow options
Ball Chains
1.2mm, 2.5mm and 4mm in multiple designs and finishes
Our chains are available in 10K, 14K, 18K and 22K gold, with yellow, white and rose gold options.
Depending on the product and order requirements, customers can also request custom lengths, finishes, clasp options and private-label marking.

Our manufacturing process is managed at our facility in Mississauga, Ontario.
We use specialized Italian chain-manufacturing machinery, including equipment from SISMA and Faimond, alongside the experience of our manufacturing team.
Managing these processes directly allows us to work closely with B2B customers on their specifications instead of simply acting as a reseller of imported finished chains.

Every jewellery business has different requirements. Quality Chains works directly with B2B customers to manufacture chains according to their specifications.
Depending on the chain style, customization can include karat, gold colour, width, length, weight, solid or hollow construction, finish, clasp selection and private-label marking.
We work with established jewellery businesses as well as customers requiring smaller B2B manufacturing quantities. Our team can review the specifications of each inquiry and provide a manufacturing quote based on the requirements.

Customers can supply their own gold for manufacturing.
Before production begins, customer-supplied material is tested by our team to verify its purity. Customers can witness the testing in person at our facility or through a video call when working with us remotely.
Quality Chains also maintains in-house gold testing capabilities, including XRF testing and fire assay, as part of our approach to material verification and quality control.
